StudioPMG is a digital marketing agency based in Orange County. We currently seek to bring aboard a seasoned Sales Executive to our team. This challenge requires a strong understanding of web, interactive technologies, mobile applications, and a proven track record developing key relationships and adding new business. We are looking for an extremely motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in digital media and thorough knowledge in the areas of interactive software development and web strategies. This position requires someone who can effectively identify senior level personnel, top tiered prospects, and build meaningful dialogue to achieve StudioPMG’s new business vision. Need ability to manage client relationships very effectively and deliver on the expectation of your goals as well as take lead as a face of StudioPMG.
Main job criteria are as follows:
- Responsible for providing concrete interactive and mobile solutions and identify opportunities that fit industry best practices, solve the client’s marketing challenges, and help the client achieve their goals.
- You will possess the ability to learn quickly, understand StudioPMG’s capabilities, and be able to communicate our story in an efficient and successful manner.
- Strong ability to adapt to change while keeping a strong attention to detail and not lose focus.
- Field inbound calls, organize and work with senior business development team to make outbound calls, be able to identify key players and decision makers, and present the confidence and ability to introduce yourself face-to-face.
- You will have extensive experience with developing leads and will possess a strong prospect Rolodex.
- You will be a professional at giving presentations.
- You will have no problem writing estimates, RFPs, proposals, and briefs.
- You maintain a positive attitude, keep ongoing communication and build relationships with potential clients.
- A successful individual in this role will anticipate problems before they surface, develop solutions, and help ensure the solution is applied without jeopardizing the project timeline.
- Travel. If you don’t like traveling then this role is not for you; expect an average of 50% travel throughout the year.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational criteria (budget reporting, pipeline analysis, meetings, senior management reporting).
- Be a thought-leader when it comes to financial projections and planning; identify trends in the market, provide analysis and data, and help shape the business development plan.
- Your energy level must be beyond energetic and extremely high.
- You must showcase a strong proven track record of acquiring new business within the interactive medium.
Required skills:
- 5 years sales experience within digital media, interactive, web technologies, and/or mobile is required.
- Strong communication, verbal, organizational, written skills is a must.
- Must be goal-driven, have a strong attention to detail, and independently achieve goals.
- A requirement for this position is to have very thick skin and strong interpersonal skills.
- College degree.
- Ability to build relationships comes naturally.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong team-building skills.
- Must possess an amazing talent for strategic thinking and the ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time.
