StudioPMG is a digital agency based in Orange County, CA. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for being the face of our clients. You provide trustworthiness, leadership, and an understanding of the client’s strategy. You will communicate results for all client projects as well as orchestrate a long-term relationship between the client and StudioPMG. A strong candidate will converse with the client on a regular basis and will be greatly knowledgeable of all aspects of the client’s business related ideologies, goals, trends, competitors, strategy, and marketing initiatives. The Account Executive will take the lead on all client projects including: project briefs, estimates, timelines, information necessary in order to complete the project according to guidelines, be able to communicate direction to senior management, design, and development teams, present concepts and progress throughout the project life cycle to the client, and keep all budgets organized and on track in order to complete the project within the original scope.
Responsibilities and success as an Account Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate, develop, and maintain a trusting and positive relationship with the client at all levels of their organization.
- Oversee all aspects of the internal account relationship management team.
- Ensure the success and grow the client relationship with StudioPMG.
- Understand and comprehend the client’s strategy as it relates to discovering new deliveries to the client’s brand experience, technology, core competencies, etc.
- Act as the account-planning leader for each project.
- Develop estimates, communicate finances with client, modify and work with StudioPMG’s internal team to deliver projected margins on all client projects.
- Inherit all responsibility for client budgets.
- Work with project mangers on timelines, deliverables, resources, Q/A, hardware requirements.
- Accurately meet all client financial obligations.
- Take the lead in promoting internal strategic development and promote a solutions-oriented atmosphere for each client project.
- Understand client’s legal review and documentation process.
- Orchestrate account growth for further client projects across various departments of the client’s organization.
- Develop a firm grasp of StudioPMG’s capabilities and be able to tell our story at any given point in time.
- Own your client’s revenue objective – kick-off and secure revenue-producing actions within your accounts.
- Create and maintain a successful and growing track record by developing a long-term and lucrative client relationship.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum agency experience and thorough knowledge in the areas of interactive software development, web strategies, and mobile applications.
- Possess the ability to manage client relationships very effectively and deliver the scope of the project from online to interactive marketing campaigns.
- Strong agency side is preferred, ideally including web services, interactive software development, site design/redesigns, and creating brand campaigns.
- College degree.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to juggle projects with extremely fast deadlines.
- Must have thick skin, strong attention to detail, well organized, and communication skills that are beyond superior.
- Must demonstrate a proven record of success.
- Must have a strong background in the planning and execution of interactive, marketing, and business strategies.
